Today while catching up with my news feed, I read an interesting post on 37Signals which talks about a business model where you charge your customers for the services that you are providing them. Very weird.
I have always wondered why can’t we build business on the web just like we have business on the street. If you go to a hair salon, you pay them for their services, similarly if you use an application online that you find useful, why can’t you pay $X for that?
