Whats wrong with Pakistani peoples attitudes? A site is a site homey, but you and i both know that the attitude/outlook has to be right whilst planning and developing an app/site. I feel that good work gives you a great sense of satisfaction and helps you to innovate and feel confident in yourself, even if you dont get paid enuff for it.
