I apologize for the lack of updates on the blog. For the past few months a combination of exciting projects, personal development and amazing friends have kept me busy.
I will be posting (hopefully) short previews of what’s cooking in my world in coming weeks. I will however, give you a hint: Redesign, reworking, rethinking Mazaydar.com
So in an effort to raise more awareness to the current IDP issue in Pakistan, we decided to launch www.helpidps.com – a twitter aggregator and a landing page for those looking to help out with the current crisis.
We encourage all of you to contribute with whatever you can. If you are a twitter user please remember to tag any IDP related tweet with either #IDP, #SWAT or #helpIDP and our system will aggregate that automatically.
Also, we want to do something to raise funds quickly, so we are offering 5 banner spots on the following sites for 1 year for free for anyone who donates a sizable amount to any recognized charity organization who is helping out in SWAT relief effort.
You will be able to put your banner on helpIDPs.com and Mazaydar.com for 1 year.

Well it is finally alive. The latest updates to Mazaydar.com! We have done a lot of hard work in this update. So lets get to them. Shall we?
Facebook Connect
Take your friends with you. Share your experience with all your friends on Facebook. You have the option to even simply login using your Facebook credentials (we do not store any sensitive data). Once connected you will be able to see what your friends have been upto. You have the option to stream all your activity onto Facebook, letting your friends connect with you beyond our site.
Better Maps
We have integrated Google Maps with a lot of our listings now visible on the map. With the detailed maps you can exactly locate where you are headed and what’s nearby.
Better Layout
We worked hard to make our interface better. More engaging and more easy to use. With a lot of new features added, we wanted to make the interface as easy to use as possible. More structured pages, better and faster loading times and much more fun.

There are a lot more updates that we have added. We will be talking about some of these implementations in coming days. We would like your feedback on our new site.
